Embedded in a breathtaking natural setting, the Schloss Finkenstein Golf Club does not simply offer a taster course, but rather a sporting experience with a high enjoyment factor. Experienced trainers introduce you to the wonderful world of pitching and putting, swings and clubs with a view of the Mittagskogel.
Some of you will probably be surprised at how difficult it is to hit the ball at first. But when beginner’s luck strikes and the ball flies a hundred meters through the air, pure enthusiasm follows.
Golf is more demanding than almost any other sport. It’s not pure strength, although that doesn’t hurt, nor is it endurance, although that also helps, but it’s the mental challenge. After this golf taster, you will also be able to join in the conversation when Franz Klammer or professional golfer Bernd Wiesberger talk about a hole-in-one, an eagle or a Benzinger and perhaps even admit to a mulligan or two (the unpunished repetition of a miss on the first tee).
