Health resort Warmbad Villach
The Ferienwohnungen Apartments – PENSION ZOLLNER is located in the spa zone of Warmbad – Villach. Within a 5-minute walk you are directly at the Kärnten Therme and the associated spa hotels. Warmbad – Villach has a total of 5 spa facilities where people from all over Austria can enjoy their cure and then get back on track.
Among them is also the SKA, i.e. Special Hospital for Orthopaedics, a department of the LKH Villach.
This water in particular is known for its health benefits, but only really healthy people should swim in it, as it is very tiring and strenuous for the body. The recommended time is 20 minutes, anything longer is not recommended.
Under the Warmbad thermal baths there is a pool called “Urquelle”, which contains radon-containing water that comes to the surface from underground and forms gaseous bubbles.
Because we are located in the spa zone, it is green all around us! Meadows, forests, gentle mountains. The spa guest loves to hike and stop for a bite to eat between cures and Warmbad-Villach is ideally suited for this thanks to its forest and meadow routes. It often happens that spa guests come to visit and we are happy to accommodate them.
